Citizen Charter
CITIZEN'S CHARTER RELATING TO THE BOILERS DEPARTMENT
GOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA
1.
The Aim/purpose of this charter is to work for better
quality in public service
2.
We deliver the following services:-
a) Registration of New
Boilers (including their connected Economisers and Steam
Pipelines)
b) Periodical Fitness
Certification (Renewal) in use (including their connected
Economisers and Steam Pipelines)
3.
Our aim is to achieve the following service
delivery/quality parameters

Remarks
a) Registration of New Boilers (including
their connected Economisers and pipelines)
within 30 days from the date of completion of erection.

b) Periodical Fitness Certification (Renewal)
(including their connected Economisers and pipelines)
within 15 days from the date of expiry of previous
certificate.
A specific date is fixed for inspection and
a minimum of 10 days advance notice is given. Further, the
Boiler can be used during period between expiry date and date
of inspection.
4.
Complaint redressel Systems/Appellate Provisions:
Courteous and
helpful service will be extended by all the staff. If anyone has a
complaint to make in the delivery of the above standards one can
register his complaint with the officers or through Web Portal.
a. If the complaint is against the Inspector of
Boilers/Deputy Chief Inspector of Boilers/Joint Director of
Boilers the Appellate Authority is Director of Boilers
b. If the complaint is against the Director of
Boilers the Appellate Authority is Secretary, Labour Employment
Training & Factories Department, T.S. Secretariat, Hyderabad
